Cape Union Mart is a dynamic fast growing retailer that has expanded from a small operation to one that currently employs over 1500 people. The Company is focused on the development of our staff, and place much emphasis on individual growth. Numerous training schemes have been implemented to better our employees' knowledge and skills.
We are seeking to employ people that are hard working, have a passion for retail, are responsible and take pride in their jobs.
The history of our company includes many stories of staff who started as part-time employees, and worked their way up to a far higher level of operations within our Company.
Our Head office is based in Cape Town, and we currently have stores all over South Africa and internationally in Botswana and Namibia. If you love the outdoors, enjoy dealing with people and have an aptitude for technical products we would be very interested in hearing from you.
